Philippe Melka and owners Dr. Cynthia Hoy and Dr. Glenn Rice tasting part of the 2023 vintage yesterday. These were multiple samples of various vineyard blocks from the 2023 harvest, fermented in oak puncheons rather than steel or concrete fermentation tanks. Blocks K (Maremma Watch), R (Diamondback) and L (Martha’s Acre) are leading the pack this vintage. Elegant and textural, with flavors of cassis, wild berries, and licorice. Another year in oak barrels before bottling! Stay tuned!

The Quantum Limit Vineyard owners enjoy hand painted mosaic tile in their @backenandbacken retreat. They stumbled upon one of the most incredible Moroccan tile factories while exploring Moroccan wine countries. This factory happened to be in Fez. From this extraordinary bespoke Moroccan tile factory, they worked with the artisans to custom design the reflecting pool in the Napa Quantum Limit property, which is a wonderful place to join us to enjoy for Quantum Limit wines. @mosaichousenyc
